1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Legatium (in its beta version), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use our services.

2. Service description

Legatium provides a "Digital Vault" designed to store information securely and facilitate its transfer to designated authorized persons after a period of inactivity or under the "Inheritance Protocol". As this is a beta version, some features may be limited or unstable.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keep your passwords and cryptographic keys confidential. Legatium cannot recover your information if you lose your Master Key.
• Do not upload illegal or malicious content or content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, logos, code and technology on the platform are the exclusive property of Legatium Cloud Solutions SL and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legatium shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruption, or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform during this testing phase.

6. Payments and subscriptions (Beta phase)

During the testing phase, payment systems operate in a simulation environment (sandbox). No real charges will be made to your credit cards or bank accounts.

7. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice to the user during this development phase.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
